Inter Rockin' Triathlon

With distances that include a 1.5k swim, 40k bike, 6.4 mi run, a 500m swim, 20k bike, 3.2mi run OR 3.2mi run, 20k bike, and 3.2mi run it's pretty much guaranteed you will find a race for athletes at all levels. In 2008 this even had over 650 athletes from 24 different states registered, and based on the course description I can tell why. They boast that Duck Lake is crystal clear and the bike/run course is basically the flattest road in the county with trees along the way. Check out Cal’s race report for his results…great job!
