Virginia Beach Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon
When the ever popular Rock 'n' Roll Series rolled into Virginia Beach this year, Smith Sports was there to rock it! 7 members of the team took on the challenge this year...1 venturing into her first half marathon. Everyone finished successfully and a few PR's were set. Congrats to Ali, Dave, Chris, Audrey, Lynn, Amy and Dana! Thanks to Amy and Lonnie for your support too!
The Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon course stretches 13.1 seaside miles through one of America’s most scenic beach communities. The race starts adjacent to the Virginia Beach Convention Center, runs through the resort area
and Camp Pendleton, and finishes North on the Boardwalk with a quick 11 block sprint to the finish. It's a flat and fast course!
